A Little Refreshment

With all the holiday rush, we tend to overeat, eat food high in calories, or just plain forget to eat.  Remember to give yourself some highly deserved calories packed with vitamins.  

A crisp fresh salad hits the spot.  Keep a medium sized bowl of lettuce, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and onion already cut up in the refrigerator so you’ll have something for dinner or just to snack on during those hustle and bustle days right before Christmas.  All you have to do is add some tomato and cheese when you are ready to fill that tummy.  It’s a refreshing way to clear your system of all of those Christmas treats.
