THANK YOU!!! I just got a flashback from my 4-H days. I raised a Holstein cow from calf to two years old and showed her at the fair every year. Her name was Missy and she won first place all three years. I also remember crying when we sold her to a local dairy farm. Silly me (about 9 yrs old in calf year) used to fall asleep in the barn curled up with her in her stall. Every time dad had to carry me back up to the house he would call me “Dumb shit” – it became a pet name for me – LOL yes, our family is/was warped – hahaha
Strong feet and a tiny udder… It is a modern cow.

What a sweet story! Having a “weird” pet will always get you “the look”! Sounds like your experience gave you a big heart.
